Privacy notice
EKPM Desarrolladora S.A.P.I. de C.V., of Calle 71 number 183, between calle 68 and calle 70, colonia Ismael García, Progreso, Yucatán, CP 97320, is the controller of the personal data you give us through this site.
What we collect
What you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country of residence, the home you are asking about and the note you send us.
We collect no sensitive personal data, and no financial or asset data, through this site.
If you write to us on WhatsApp, that conversation is covered by this notice and also by the terms of WhatsApp itself, which is a third party outside EKPM.
What we use it for
Answering you, and sending the detail on the home you asked about: the floor plate, the orientation, confirmed availability and the payment schedule.
Following up commercially through the purchase, including the reservation and, where it applies, coordinating the bank trust and the deed.
Sending you news about the project. That last purpose is not needed to answer you, and you can object to it at any time without affecting anything else.
Who we share it with
The bank acting as trustee and the notary, only if you reach the trust or deed stage, and only with what those acts require.
Suppliers who run our email and the hosting for this site, who process the data on EKPM's behalf and not for their own purposes.
We do not sell, assign or transfer your data to third parties for any commercial purpose beyond the above.
Your ARCO rights
You may access your data, correct it if it is wrong, have it cancelled when you believe it is no longer needed, and object to a specific use.
You may also withdraw the consent you gave us at any time, and limit the use or disclosure of your data.
To exercise any of these, write to ventas@EKPM.com.mx with your name, the right you want to exercise and a way to reply to you. Mexican law gives us twenty working days to answer.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and, after that, only for the periods Mexican tax and civil liability law require. Once those periods end the data is blocked and then deleted.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising cookies and no third party tracking cookies. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which logs the browser request under its own policy.
Changes to this notice
Any change is published on this page, with the date of the last update at the foot. If a change affects the purposes we will tell you through the contact details you gave us.
Supervisory authority
If you believe your data protection rights have been breached, you may take the matter to the competent Mexican data protection authority.
